Location: Downtown Toronto , 5 days per week onsite Overview We’re looking for a proactive Project Manager to coordinate both client-facing projects and internal initiatives . This role is a great fit for someone with 2–4 years of project coordination or management experience in a technical setting who enjoys working with cross-functional teams and ensuring projects run smoothly from start to finish. What You’ll Do Lead external projects such as onboarding, cloud migrations, security rollouts, and infrastructure changes Drive internal initiatives that improve processes, documentation, and service delivery Partner with technical leads and leadership to define project scope, deliverables, and timelines Keep detailed project documentation and communicate updates to all stakeholders Facilitate meetings, track tasks, and ensure action items are completed Monitor progress using project management tools and provide status updates to leadership Ensure deliverables are met on time and in alignment with client expectations Collaborate with operations and support teams to ensure smooth transitions and minimal disruption What We’re Looking For 2–4 years of experience managing or coordinating projects in a technical environment Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities at once Knowledge of Microsoft 365, infrastructure, and cybersecurity concepts is a plus Previous experience in a services or solutions-oriented environment is highly valued Excellent communication skills and confidence in working with both technical teams and clients Familiarity with tools like Teams, SharePoint, and Autotask (or similar platforms) Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Information Technology Industries Staffing and Recruiting Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Quantum Technology Recruiting Inc.
