YOUR ROLE Your main responsibilities will include: Act as a strategic HR partner to managers and teams; Provide guidance on performance management, talent development, and HR best practices; Ensure compliance with labour legislation, internal policies, and collective agreements, including grievance handling; Support workforce planning and organizational analysis; Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies, programs, and initiatives; Facilitate training, leadership development, and change management efforts; Foster a positive workplace culture focused on health, safety, and employee well-being. SKILLS REQUIRED Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Industrial Relations; Professional HR certification is considered an asset; Proven experience in a similar position in a unionized environment, including business units and production sites; Mastery of labour laws and regulatory requirements; Fluency in English, both spoken and written. French proficiency is an asset; Availability to travel based on organizational needs; Excellent interpersonal and decision-making skills; Autonomy and ability to find solutions; Analytical mindset, autonomy, and priority management.
