The Senior Manager – Oracle Reporting Lead (Oracle Reporting Lead) is a senior leadership role that provides executive-level leadership for enterprise reporting and analytics across large-scale Oracle Cloud transformations. The role owns the reporting and analytics vision, governance, and delivery across Oracle Cloud ERP, EPM, and Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI), ensuring insights align with business strategy, financial integrity, and regulatory requirements. You Are: An Oracle Reporting Lead providing executive-level leadership and trusted advisor to CFO, Controller, FP&A, COO, and Program Leadership. Balances strategic advisory responsibilities with hands‑on oversight of complex reporting and analytics delivery. Role Summary Reporting & Analytics Strategy: Define and execute the end‑to‑end reporting and analytics strategy across Oracle Cloud ERP, EPM, and Fusion Data Intelligence; advise executive stakeholders on optimal use of Oracle reporting tools versus FDI‑based enterprise analytics; establish enterprise reporting and KPI standards; lead reporting and analytics rationalization efforts. Program & Workstream Leadership: Own the reporting and analytics workstream across complex multi‑pillar Oracle programs; define and enforce reporting governance, design standards, and delivery methodologies; coordinate dependencies; ensure readiness across SIT, UAT, parallel close, and go‑live phases. Fusion Data Intelligence Leadership: Lead adoption and deployment of Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence; oversee FDI architecture; ensure alignment with Oracle Analytics Cloud; lead design of FDI‑powered executive dashboards; define data governance, metric ownership, and reconciliation standards. Solution Oversight & Quality Assurance: Serve as design authority for all reporting and analytics solutions; review and approve designs, dashboards, reconciliations, and data validation approaches; drive standardisation and reuse of Oracle‑delivered content. Controls, Compliance & Financial Integrity: Ensure solutions support internal controls, auditability, and regulatory requirements; lead reconciliation strategies; partner with Internal Audit and Risk teams. Value Realisation & Executive Enablement: Define analytics value cases and success metrics; lead executive storytelling and enablement; own post‑go‑live optimisation and roadmap expansion. Team Leadership & Firm Contribution: Lead and mentor managers, consultants, and offshore teams; set delivery standards; contribute to firm methodologies and thought leadership. Here’s What You Need: 10+ years of experience in Oracle reporting, analytics, or financial systems transformation. Deep expertise in Oracle Cloud ERP reporting (GL, AP, AR, FA, PPM, SCM) with strong familiarity in Oracle Financials. Hands‑on leadership experience with Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence and/or Oracle Analytics Cloud. Advanced knowledge of Oracle reporting tools: OTBI, BI Publisher, Smart View, Financial Reporting Studio. Proven success leading large, global Oracle programs in a Big 4 consulting environment. Executive‑level communication, stakeholder management, and advisory capabilities. English required for this position.
