Project Manager — Environmental Due Diligence Location: Regina and Saskatoon, SK Pinchin is hiring a Project Manager to lead environmental due diligence and remediation projects. The role reports to the Team Leader and involves overseeing multidisciplinary teams, coordinating schedules and budgets, and serving as the primary client and stakeholder contact. Department Overview The Environmental Due Diligence & Remediation practice delivers complex, high‑risk environmental projects that influence client decision‑making, regulatory compliance, and property value. As Project Manager, you will ensure projects are executed safely, on schedule, and in accordance with regulatory and professional standards. Your Impact Manage and provide technical guidance for Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments for transactional due diligence. Assist project staff with the preparation of technical reports and recommendations. Communicate with clients and understand their project requirements. Prepare proposals. Participate in marketing initiatives and develop business‑development skills to build and maintain client relationships. Build leadership and mentorship skills while supporting junior staff development. What You’ll Bring To Pinchin Proven track record managing Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments. Bachelor’s degree in science (Environmental or Earth Sciences preferred). 5–7 years of experience in environmental consulting, including at least 2 years in a project‑management role. Experience completing Phase I and II ESAs in support of Records of Site Condition filings. Strong experience with project financial management, including budgeting, invoicing, and cost tracking. Demonstrated involvement in business‑development activities and direct client engagement. Valid driver’s license and insurance; work‑related travel expenses are reimbursed. Excellent communication, technical writing skills, and high attention to detail. Compensation And Assessment Pay ranges are listed as required by law.
