The Role We are looking for an enthusiastic team player with a strong 4‑star service and leadership experience to join our restaurant service teams. Our top candidate will have a strong drive to succeed, exceptional motivational and organizational skills, and thrive under pressure, allowing them to manage multiple priorities and projects while ensuring that our guests' needs are met. Job Duties Collaborate with clients to plan and organize banquet events, including corporate meetings, conferences, weddings and other events. Coordinate event logistics, including set-up and tear-down, decorations, audiovisual equipment and seating arrangements. Train and supervise banquet staff, including servers, bartenders and event set‑up crew. Directly supervise staff during events, ensuring the highest quality service and exceptional guest satisfaction. Anticipate guests' needs and provide exceptional service to enhance their experience. Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure seamless coordination of events. Step in and perform hands‑on service duties during peak periods. Employment Experience and Educational Requirements Minimum three years of food and beverage experience with demonstrated leadership skills. Previous banquet experience is considered an asset. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients, guests and team members effectively. Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks and coordinate events simultaneously. Quick decision‑making and problem‑solving skills to handle unexpected issues during events. Deep understanding of hospitality industry standards and trends. Valid ProServe certification. Experience working in a variety of restaurant settings. Valid Class 5 driver’s license. Completion of a business or hospitality degree is preferred. Physical Demands Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods (up to 8+ hours), especially during event set‑up, execution and tear‑down. Ability to lift, carry, push and pull items such as banquet tables, chairs, chafing dishes and event equipment—typically up to 40–50 lbs. Ability to bend, reach, kneel and perform repetitive motions while arranging table settings, linens and equipment. Long or irregular hours, including early mornings, late nights, weekends and holidays, depending on event schedules. Amazing Perks Annual wage and performance review.
