They’re hiring a Salesforce Architect/Developer to join their fast growing team of professionals.ResponsibilitiesAs a Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for customizing, developing and supporting solutions on the Salesforce platform.Working directly with clients and project managers to understand customer requirements, articulate and design solutions as well as estimating the level of effort required for proposal purposesBuilding solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Lightning,and VisualforceDeveloping re-usable Lightning/Force.com applications for internal and customer useDeveloping integration processes using Salesforce.com’s Web Services API and third‑party integration tools such as MuleSoftOrganizing development with DevOps tools (AWS, Azure)Defining development and testing standard practices to reduce project risk and increase efficiencyRequirementsComputer Science, Software Engineering or Computer Engineering Degree5+ years development experience on the Salesforce platformSalesforce Developer CertificationProficiency in HTML and JavaScript, CSS, web development experience is a strong assetStrong knowledge of relational databases and SQLAbility to effectively communicate technical issues in laymen’s terms to customersHighly motivated and customer focusedDesirable AttributesLeadership experienceWork experience with a small to medium consulting organizationSalesforce.com Certifications in addition to Developer certs (such as Sales Cloud or Service Cloud Professional)Mulesoft experience (big nice to have)Compensation varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
