The Key User is responsible for ensuring the ERP solution meets the business processes defined by the BPOs and the SMEs.This position reports to the Purchasing Manager within the Supply Chain department and works closely with the BPO.Schedule and Work Location Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 am – 4:30 pmWork Location: 25 Wolseley Court, Cambridge.ResponsibilitiesRepresent end-users on the S2P project scope and verify the ERP solution addresses the target business processes defined by BPOs and SMEs.Facilitate ERP knowledge acquisition and solution adoption by end-users during the build and run phases.Provide input for detailed solution design to reduce time to resolve business process issues.Qualify and relay users’ needs to maximize satisfaction and drive improvements.Help express change requests from business requirements to adjust the ERP solution.Co‑build use cases, build detailed test scenarios, identify appropriate test data, and execute test scripts, including in‑process ERP reporting.Give feedback on IT solutions (user interface and experience).Support or participate in SOP adjustments and IT validation activities (risk assessment, test script writing and execution).Participate in data migration effort: data cleansing, preparation, and testing of migration results.Create or write user manuals and training materials.Organise and animate training sessions for end-users and new hires.Provide Level-1 support and input for Level-2 support; create tickets as needed.Participate in change management activities, including creation of learning materials that support process transformation.QualificationsMinimum 2 years of experience in a purchasing or procurement role in a manufacturing environment.Previous experience with SAP S/4 Hana (especially the MM module) viewed as a strong asset.Previous experience training end-users on a software/ERP.CompetenciesStrong knowledge of purchasing and procurement activities.IT software or systems background or certification.Capacity to understand users’ perspective, goals and challenges.Innovation and adaptability skills to reflect user perspective and future solutions.Analytical skills (investigation, root‑cause identification).Leadership skills (follow-up, organization, prioritization).Strong communication skills (coordinate & collaborate with cross‑functional teams and end-users).What We OfferExcellent compensation and benefits package.Starting at approximately $60,000 CAD with opportunity for increase based on qualifications and experience.Discounted gym memberships.Programs supporting work‑life balance (EAP).Corporate discounts and perks.Employee recognition program.Social events and spirit days.Paid time off.We are committed to diversity and inclusion.
