We are looking for an Associate, Content to support the development of clear, accurate, and engaging patient-facing communications and educational materials for healthcare and pharmaceutical programs. About the Role As an Associate, Content, you will help develop and manage patient-facing materials such as emails, recruitment scripts, onboarding content, educational resources, and other program communications. You will work closely with senior content team members, account teams, creative partners, and other internal collaborators to ensure deliverables are accurate, timely, well-written, and aligned with client and regulatory expectations. This role is highly execution-focused and ideal for someone who enjoys bringing structure to complex projects. You will support content development, help move materials through Medical, Legal, and Regulatory review processes, and track details across multiple deadlines and platforms, including Veeva or similar document management systems. Over time, you will build confidence and independence, with the opportunity to take ownership of smaller workstreams as your skills grow. What You’ll Do In this role, you will: Draft and revise patient-facing communications, including emails, recruitment materials, scripts, onboarding content, and educational resources. Support the development of clear, accurate, audience-appropriate content aligned with client needs and program goals. Apply strong writing, editing, grammar, and proofreading skills to ensure high-quality deliverables. Help shepherd materials through Medical, Legal, and Regulatory review processes. Submit, track, and maintain documentation for materials in Veeva or other document management platforms. Manage assigned tasks, timelines, and competing deadlines with strong attention to detail. Collaborate with internal content, creative, account, and project teams to keep work moving forward. Listen carefully, ask thoughtful questions, and incorporate feedback from senior team members. Follow established internal processes, documentation standards, and quality control procedures. Build familiarity with healthcare, pharmaceutical, and patient engagement communications. More important is a genuine interest in patient engagement, healthcare communications, and learning the regulatory considerations that shape this work. Qualifications Successful candidates will typically have: A bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Life Sciences, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. 0–2 years of relevant experience in content, communications, healthcare communications, biopharmaceutical marketing, public relations, advocacy relations, or a related area. Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and verbal communication skills. Excellent attention to detail and follow-through. Strong organizational and time management skills. Comfort working remotely and collaborating across teams. Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools. Familiarity with AMA Style, regulatory review processes, Veeva, or healthcare/pharma communications is a plus, but not required. Why Join Reverba?
