Key Responsibilities Collect, analyse, and manage aircraft‑level, system, and item requirements in alignment with standards and program objectives. Ensure end‑to‑end traceability across the development. Maintain requirement baselines and support configuration control and change management. Ensure requirements quality in line with quality criteria (unambiguous, complete, consistent, and verifiable). Support determination and justification of Development Assurance Levels (DALs). Review system architectures, functional definitions, and design data for compliance, maturity, and certification readiness. What You Bring Must be a Canadian citizen or permanent resident. Must be able to work onsite (3 days a week) in Mirabel, Quebec. Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline. Experience in systems engineering, specification, design assurance, or certification within aerospace or another safety‑critical industry. Familiarity with aerospace standards (ARP4754, DO‑178, DO‑254, ARP4761). Have a Solid Understanding Of Requirements lifecycle management. Aircraft system development and the V‑cycle. Design Assurance and certification principles. Compensation The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $70,751.00 – $186,525.00. The range may be modified as permitted by law. The actual compensation offered may fall outside this range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.
