Matchtech are supporting a key client with the requisition of a BIM Linear Specialist to join their team.Key Responsibilities:Ensure BIM models meet required BIM Standards, including EIR dependenciesSet up Civil 3D models and templates for linear infrastructure (2D & 3D)Support and maintain Civil 3D, including troubleshooting and system upgradesDevelop and refine digital tools to improve linear BIM workflowsContribute to BIM Execution Plans and ensure drawing deliverables comply with CAD/BIM standardsMentor junior BIM team members and support national and regional BIM initiativesApply rail and transit project experience to advance digital delivery across multidisciplinary teamsJob Requirements:University degree in Engineering (Civil preferred)Experience in ProjectWise, ACC, Civil 3D, and BIM support toolsWorking knowledge of ISO 19650 BIM standards and BIM quality assurance guidelinesExperience supporting National and/or Regional BIM standardsAbility to manage senior CAD/BIM staff across multiple offices in a matrix environmentPassion for BIM technologies and ability to promote adoption across teamsExperience with design automation; scripting in Dynamo/Python is an assetStrong leadership skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervisionOpportunity to work on cutting-edge projects impacting infrastructure, energy systems, and communitiesCollaboration with a diverse team of engineers and specialistsProfessional development and training opportunitiesSupportive and collaborative work environmentFlexible work options promoting work-life balanceIf you are a passionate BIM Linear Specialist with a desire to shape the future of rail infrastructure, we would love to hear from you.
