As a member of the Connectivity Product Management team, the Product Manager is responsible for leading the development, lifecycle management, and overall management of operational issues for video experience, video CPE, subscription management, and a subset of video products within the Connectivity product portfolio. Responsibilities Serve as the Agile product owner for specific projects or programs such as Billing On Behalf Of and Video Experience Author high level user stories for new products, new features, or feature enhancements Represent the Product team at Agile ceremonies, provide input, feedback, and assign gating dispositions to defects and bugs as needed Collaborate with engineering, design, and other cross‑functional teams to create, launch, and improve products Develop high level business cases and identify key inputs to determine business value of potential projects as an input into project prioritization Ensure holistic Go‑To‑Market GTM readiness for product launches and enhancements, provide input into the process, and serve as a liaison to stakeholders such as Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience, Customer Care, and Field Techs to ensure successful launch of projects, user adoption, and feedback integration Act as the subject matter expert and customer advocate for existing and future products and platforms including customer journey, process improvements, reporting, and KPI ownership Manage relationships with cross‑functional teams and 3rd‑party vendors Monitor KPIs and provide reporting and analysis of the data to understand the state of the business and for use in the formation and execution of strategies and data‑based decision making Participate in ongoing product testing (Alpha, Beta, etc.) on and off campus Help identify potential communication challenges associated with product initiatives to establish the appropriate messaging and ensure that Call Centers, Stores, and Sales Reps are appropriately informed; request, source, and analyze data from both internal and external resources to help inform a data‑driven view of the product performance Support the Products team to successfully deliver upon operational, customer experience, and financial KPIs Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of product management, product development, consumer packaged goods brand management, consumer services, financial services, cable, video, telecom, or technology experience, managing complex, strategic projects under minimal or no supervision Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; or equivalent experience required, MBA or relevant Master’s Degree a plus Knowledge of business to consumer telecommunications products and technologies with product management and/or product development not required but appreciated Knowledge of D2C subscription streaming and other app services and related billing models and experiences Experience working with agile development methodologies Jira and Confluence experience appreciated Exceptional interpersonal/people skills including verbal and written communications skills, including listening, and presentation skills Strong analytical, problem solving, and time management skills Demonstrated ability to facilitate communications and projects across cross‑functional teams Strong business acumen and knowledgeable across many functional areas, including product management, business development, vendor relationship management, product marketing, and marketing Proven ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives and work cross‑functionally across all levels of the organization Financial analysis and/or budget management experience a plus Engineering background and/or technical expertise in technology or video products not required but appreciated Familiarity with AI Tools and AI First mindset Pay is competitive and based on a number of job‑related factors, including skills and experience. The starting pay rate/range at time of hire for this position in New York is $123,379.00 – $202,694.00 per year. For other locations, please inquire with your recruiter.
