Overview ON BEHALF OF BCS BCS CLEANING INC. , Brighter Staffing Agency is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Carpet Cleaning Supervisor to join our team. As a full-time, permanent employee, you will have the opportunity to lead a team of carpet cleaning technicians and ensure the highest level of service for our clients. Responsibilities Oversee and manage a team of carpet cleaning technicians, ensuring they are following company policies and procedures Train and mentor new team members, ensuring they are properly equipped to perform their duties Schedule and coordinate cleaning appointments, taking into account client preferences and availability Conduct quality checks and inspections to ensure work meets company standards Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ordering new supplies as needed Respond to client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and functionality of company vehicles and equipment Keep accurate records of work completed and report any issues or incidents to management Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure the well-being of employees and clients Assist with cleaning duties as needed, including carpet cleaning, stain removal, and spot treatment Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Minimum of 2 years experience in carpet cleaning or related field Previous experience in a supervisory role preferred Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent time-management and organizational skills Knowledge of cleaning products, techniques, and equipment Valid driver's license and clean driving record Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed If you are a dedicated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for providing exceptional service, we want to hear from you!
