Job Overview We’re building a pipeline of experienced Technical Application Specialists to connect with talented professionals who may be a great fit for future openings on our team in the Vernon, BC area. Responsibilities Monitor the support queue, investigate and document support cases, and gather information to resolve or escape issues. Manage and follow up on assigned support cases, providing timely and professional updates to customers by phone and email. Escalate P1 and urgent issues to the Support Manager as needed. Provide functional application training to customers on Epicor products. Troubleshoot and recreate software issues reported by customers, logging tasks for software development as required. Qualifications 3+ years of applicable experience and demonstrated success in a similar role. Post‑secondary education in a related discipline or equivalent industry knowledge/experience. Experience with software business processes such as inventory management, production processing, and purchasing management. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and presentation skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with a customer service focus. Proficiency with MS Office, Remote Desktop Connections, VPNs, and SQL (scripting, data fixing, stored procedures). Knowledge of Microsoft SQL, Crystal Reports, and/or SRS Reports. Ability to multi‑task, manage time effectively, and work well under pressure, both independently and in a team setting. Desired Assets Experience in an ERP software support environment with high call volumes and large numbers of clients and users. Data warehouse and Data Cube experience. Experience with a wide variety of technologies including Crystal Reports, Microsoft SQL and SRS Reports.
