Role Overview The M365 / Workforce AI Practice Architect is a senior technical leader responsible for shaping, delivering, and evolving Microsoft 365 collaboration and workforce AI solutions. This role strengthens customers’ digital core while enabling their AI journeys, driving consistent, high‑quality delivery, and translating modern collaboration, cloud, and AI capabilities into measurable business outcomes. Responsibilities Serve as a senior subject matter expert for Microsoft 365 collaboration and workforce AI solutions including Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Teams Voice, and/or Power Platform. Lead complex collaboration transformations including tenant‑to‑tenant migrations, mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, reorganizations, and large‑scale SharePoint migrations. Design secure, scalable Microsoft 365 architectures aligned to enterprise strategy in partnership with cloud, infrastructure, networking, and security teams. Integrate AI capabilities such as Copilot and Copilot Studio into collaboration and productivity solution designs. Develop and continuously improve methodologies, standards, and best‑practice frameworks for Microsoft collaboration solutions. Support the creation and evolution of Microsoft collaboration and workforce AI service offerings. Act as Customer Zero for new Microsoft technologies by piloting and refining solutions internally prior to broad release. Provide presales solution architecture and technical leadership for strategic and high‑value customer opportunities. Engage directly with customers as a trusted advisor through workshops, architecture reviews, and executive briefings. Partner with Microsoft and strategic partners to drive joint success and industry thought leadership. Qualifications Deep expertise in Microsoft 365 architecture including collaboration, security, identity, and governance. Proven experience architecting and delivering complex Microsoft 365 solutions for enterprise customers. Hands‑on experience with tenant‑to‑tenant migrations, Teams collaboration and voice architectures, and SharePoint migrations. Strong technical leadership skills with experience defining standards, methodologies, and best practices. Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and executive stakeholders. Experience working with Microsoft and global systems integration partners. Minimum of 10 years of experience in a technical role working with Microsoft technologies. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience. Compensation & Benefits A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position in Location is $120,800 - 181,200, annually + 14% target incentives. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including location, experience, skill set, education, and related certification. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ.
