In this role, you will: Participate in and adhere to health and safety programs and policies. Manage instrumentation performance using GeoExplorer Software. Analyze and process data to support operational planning and reporting. Support routine field tasks such as dam safety inspections and field data collection. Complete basic troubleshooting and repair of geotechnical equipment. Assist with audits and internal self‑assessments to demonstrate compliance to tailings and mining regulatory requirements. Update inspection databases and organize technical documentation. Prepare monthly engineering packages and support in monthly tailings meetings with senior site leadership. Conduct field experiments and surveys related to tailings facility performance and improvement. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure project execution and data collection. Create and evaluate innovative ideas and technologies to improve our business. Requirements: Working towards an Undergraduate degree in Geology, Geotechnical Engineering or Civil Engineering with an interest in Geotechnical Engineering concepts. A valid Class 5 Driver's License (or equivalent), without learner's restrictions. Able to operate vehicles at our operations in various weather conditions and terrain. Motivated self-starters who can manage multiple projects simultaneously. Comfortable in a dynamic environment and willing to work outdoors. Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills; able to convey complex ideas to all levels and partners. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
