Jasper Skytram Canadian Rockies Assistant Food & Beverage Manager Pursuit Collection Jasper, AB. This is a full-time seasonal position beginning May 2026. As an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager, you will lead a team in a high-volume restaurant environment, ensuring quality service, accurate operations and financial success. Role & Responsibilities Provide leadership that fosters an environment of teamwork, accuracy and consistency. Operate with an owners mindset to meet team and guest expectations while achieving financial goals. Assist with inventory management and participate in forecasting and budgeting. Manage variable expenses and anticipate key issues to ensure effective communication to the team. Assist with scheduling, training and continuous improvement of guest and employee experience. Conduct daily inspections on cleanliness, organization and safety; maintain core standards and monitor quality. Proactively manage conflict resolution and assist with daily reporting requirements. Work as one unit with the Back of House – one team, one food and beverage department. Collaborate with sales, marketing and group services in executing special events. Required Skills & Qualifications Minimum 1 year of experience in a leadership role. 2+ years of experience in the food and beverage industry, concentrating on high volume. Diploma/degree in hospitality focusing on food and beverage is an asset. Experience building relationships and working on teams across all levels of an organization. Strong experience in high volume restaurants and special event execution. Proven track record in maintaining a high level of organization on and off the floor. Effective communication skills and ability to implement and uphold high service standards. Driven to foster a team building environment and create positive guest experiences.
