The Institute of Communication, Culture, Information and Technology (ICCIT) at the University of Toronto Mississauga (UTM) invites applications for a full‑time tenure‑stream position in Organizational Studies. The appointment will be at the rank of Associate Professor or Professor, with an anticipated start date of July 1, 2026. Responsibilities Support current course offerings by teaching core undergraduate classes in ICCIT’s Digital Enterprise Management (DEM) program. Core DEM courses include Organizational Studies I and II, Enterprise Risk Management, Business Research Methods, E‑Business Strategies, and Communicating in and Between Organizations. Sustain and lead an innovative, independent research program, maintain competitive external funding and an outstanding research record. Contribute to a vibrant intellectual community at Canada’s leading university. Qualifications Earned a PhD in organizational communication, business administration, organization studies, organizational behaviour, or related disciplines. Record of excellence in research and teaching, demonstrated by high‑impact contributions, publications in top‑ranked journals, conference presentations, awards, and strong endorsements. Established international reputation and ability to sustain a competitive, externally funded research program. Research interests in organizational design in platform‑oriented organizations, leadership and strategic change, ethical and values‑centered management, decision‑making in digitally driven environments, or a technology‑in‑society approach to organization studies.
