This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated hunter‑style sales professional who enjoys business development, relationship building, and growing market share. Leadership experience is preferred, but strong sales candidates with management potential will also be considered. Key Responsibilities Drive new business development across assigned territory Expand market presence in Quebec and Atlantic Canada Manage and grow relationships with existing partners/customers Lead and support a team of 2 Estimators Build strong relationships with steel fabricators, contractors, engineers, and distributors Manage bid opportunities, RFQs, and RFPs Develop pricing strategies and close new business opportunities Conduct regular customer visits and meetings across the region Ideal Background Sales experience in steel, construction materials, fabrication, or related industry Strong hunter mentality with proven business development success Experience with bids, tenders, RFQs, or project‑based sales Relationship‑focused approach (not only price selling) Comfortable winning business from competitors Leadership or mentoring experience is an asset Travel Regional travel 1–2 days per week Annual U.S. Sales Conference #J-18808-Ljbffr
