Responsibilities Serve as primary Hexagon representative to customer partners Effectively manage projects to deliver on time, on cost and according to client quality expectations Develop project plans, including scope, budget, deliverables, schedule and project team responsibilities to accomplish project objectives Coordinate work and provide instructions, advice, leadership and guidance to a diverse group of team members Review work in progress and assess completed work for accuracy, required results and desired quality Ensure timely and accurate communication between project team members, management and customers Facilitate the resolution of issues and escalations Participate in project scoping activities, including producing and/or validating LOEs and SOWs Prepare customer‑facing and internal status and financial reporting Other duties as assigned Education / Qualifications A bachelor's degree, or commensurate, documented experience in a role with similar responsibilities PMI PMP or equivalent certification is preferred Minimum 5 years project management experience implementing large software implementations Prior experience with managing complex technical projects and programs – preferably in Public Safety Strong written and oral communication and critical thinking skills Intermediate to senior level knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, including Microsoft Project proficiency A self‑motivated, organized, and detail‑oriented mindset An eager, passionate, and professional owner of all aspects of the project management craft An open‑minded, embracer of diversity of thought and cultivating PMO team‑culture About Octave Octave provides mission‑critical software that empowers organizations to make informed decisions across every stage of the asset lifecycle — Design, Build, Operate and Protect — where performance, safety, and reliability are non‑negotiable and failure is not an option.
