We’re hiring a Senior Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst to support strategic finance initiatives across a growing manufacturing organization. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving complex business challenges, and can turn large amounts of financial and operational data into meaningful business insights. The successful candidate will combine strong analytical capabilities with hands‑on accounting knowledge and advanced modeling expertise to help drive operational and financial performance. Key Responsibilities Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long‑range planning activities across multiple business units and operating locations Design and maintain advanced financial models to support scenario analysis, profitability assessments, and strategic decision‑making Partner with operational leaders to evaluate business drivers, identify risks and opportunities, and improve financial visibility Develop dashboards, KPI reporting, and management analytics using tools such as Power BI and SQL Analyze trends in costs, margins, productivity, and operational performance to uncover root causes and recommend corrective actions Support month‑end close processes, financial reconciliations, and accounting reviews as needed Assist with strengthening internal controls, reporting accuracy, and process standardization initiatives Present financial findings and recommendations to leadership in a clear and actionable format Collaborate closely with Operations, Supply Chain, Commercial teams, and Finance leadership across the organization Qualifications 5+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or accounting within a manufacturing environment Strong background in multi‑site operations and exposure to multi‑currency reporting preferred Advanced Excel skills including complex modeling, forecasting, and scenario analysis Experience with SQL, Power BI, or similar business intelligence tools Strong understanding of accounting principles, cost accounting, and operational finance Manufacturing Industry experience is required Experience working with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards, or Microsoft Dynamics Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain financial concepts to non‑financial stakeholders #J-18808-Ljbffr
