Position Summary Crystal Clean Maintenance is seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Operations to lead our Organization. This senior leadership role is responsible for overseeing operational performance, driving continuous improvement initiatives, managing key client relationships, and ensuring profitability across the division. The ideal candidate is a strong operational leader with experience managing teams, budgets, assets, and cross-functional projects in a fast-paced service environment.
