What You’ll Do as an FX Sales Team Lead Lead a sales team, establish objectives, and drive sales programs. Coach, mentor and develop team members to help them progress in their careers. Pitch and close deals with prospective clients by phone and face‑to‑face meetings. Manage new customer relationships, ensuring smooth onboarding and first trades. Provide accurate forecasting of expected sales volume. Implement regional sales programs and training plans with your team and other heads. Ensure adherence to company‑wide sales methodology and sales administration processes. Participate in recruitment, onboarding and training of new team members. What You’ll Need Track record of sales management within FX or other cross‑border financial services. Experience in financial services, particularly import/export lending, international payments or cash management. Excellent communication skills. Demonstrable ability to mentor, coach and develop people. Strong negotiation skills and ability to build relationships with senior SME customers. Complete fluency in English and French.
