This role will lead end-to-end change management to drive adoption, readiness, and sustainment of new tools/processes in a safety-critical, operational environment, working closely with Business, Operations, Safety, IT, Training, and Communications. Qualifications 7+ years leading change on complex, technology-enabled initiatives Experience in operational/safety-critical or regulated environments (utilities/energy/industrial preferred) Strong facilitation, stakeholder engagement, influencing skills; comfortable in a matrixed environment Preferred: Prosci/ACMP certification; experience with workforce-facing tools; agile/hybrid delivery; unionized/contractor workforces Responsibilities Develop the Change Management Approach (Strategy) and Detailed Change Management Plan (including hypercare) Build and enable a Change Network (change agents / power users) Deliver stakeholder engagement and communications plans and leadership messaging Lead change impact assessments (three versions aligned to sprint cycles) Create and manage the business readiness plan/schedule, readiness indicators, risks, and gaps Design and deploy change readiness surveys (three at key milestones) and report insights Coordinate training enablement (including "How to Be an Effective Trainer" session for Training Primes) Support risk, adoption, sustainment, plus governance/reporting aligned to enterprise standards #J-18808-Ljbffr
