Logistics Team Lead As a Logistics Team Lead, you are responsible for the effective execution of logistics operations, productivity, and quality control. You lead, train, and supervise the logistics team to ensure operational objectives and service level commitments are achieved. Location You will be based in our Montreal office and will work in a 5-day office‑based model. Reporting Relationship You will report to the Manager, Supply Chain & Inventory Control. Posting Type Replacement. Salary Range The expected base salary range for this role is $67,000 - $80,000. Responsibilities Develop, enhance, and oversee logistics processes in partnership with leadership, ensuring alignment with company standards and customer service requirements. Lead and measure the logistics team through day‑to‑day operational leadership, structured performance follow‑ups, and formal evaluations to support engagement and results. Coordinate daily operational activities, monitor work progress, and ensure adherence to quality standards. Monitor delivery timelines and overall operational efficiency. Address daily productivity issues and ensure achievement of operational targets and compliance with service level agreements. Contribute to updates of training plans and operational manuals and maintain accountability for overall team results. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Operations or a related field, or equivalent work experience. Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain and logistics. Minimum of 3 years of people management experience. Professional working proficiency in English and French. Knowledge of occupational health and safety legislation. Working knowledge of processes and equipment related to receiving and shipping operations.
