We’re looking for aSenior DevOps Engineerto play a key role in shaping and scaling our cloud infrastructure and delivery capabilities. Reporting to the Director of Software Engineering, you’ll design, build, and continuously improve the systems that power our applications across AWS and Azure. This is a highly collaborative role where you’ll partner closely with engineering and IT teams to drive automation, reliability, and operational excellence. What You’ll DoOwn and optimize cloud infrastructureacross AWS and Azure to ensure scalability, security, and reliability Design and manage CI/CD pipelinesthat enable fast, consistent, and high-quality software delivery Support and streamline deploymentsacross development, testing, and production environments Monitor system performance , proactively identify issues, and resolve operational bottlenecks Build automation tools and scriptsto improve provisioning, deployments, and overall efficiency Enhance testing and infrastructure practicesto support continuous improvement initiatives Collaborate with engineering teamsto improve deployment strategies, observability, and release quality Maintain clear technical documentation , including runbooks, standards, and best practices Support containerized environmentsusing Docker and Kubernetes Drive platform reliability and operational maturitythrough ongoing improvements What You BringBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (preferred) Proven experience in a DevOps or similar role Strong hands-on expertise with AWS and Azure Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines in production environments Solid background supporting cloud-based applications, deployments, and monitoring Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell Experience with infrastructure/configuration tools (e.g., Ansible, Chef, Puppet, Octopus) Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes Familiarity with RESTful APIs and modern deployment patterns Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban) Key SkillsStrong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis abilities Deep understanding of cloud architecture and deployment strategies Ability to collaborate effectively across engineering and IT teams Excellent communication and documentation skills A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and practical solutions Primarily desk-based with extended computer use Occasional after-hours work may be required for releases or critical issues Some weekend availability may be needed depending on project demands Why Join Us?You’ll be part of a team that values innovation, ownership, and continuous improvement.
