You will lead business analysis, solution design, and system enhancements across ERP and related platforms to support efficient, scalable operations. You will also guide support, training, and change governance to drive strong adoption and seamless integration of new business units.**PRIMARY SCOPE OF ROLE****INFORMATION SECURITY, COMPLIANCE & GOVERNANCE*** Ensure the security and confidentiality of all information managed by IT in support of operations and legislation.* Ensure the ongoing protection and integrity of the company’s information systems and technology assets.* Follow strict policy for approvals of changes related to security, break-fix, enhancements, promotions, database, scheduler changes, and production changes.* Pursue continuous learning, implement industry best practices, and stay current on legislative requirements.**BUSINESS ANALYSIS, REQUIREMENTS & SOLUTION DESIGN*** Analyze business requirements; perform process analysis across functions to identify solutions and improvement opportunities; recommend solutions.* Oversee and assist with gathering and documenting requirements; develop and maintain comprehensive business requirement documentation.* Work closely with ERP development on the design, development, and testing of business applications and reports.* Prepare reports and other documentation related to project assignments.**CHANGE, RELEASE & SERVICE DELIVERY*** Implement enhancements, change requests, break-fixes, patches, and updates; develop test plans, coordinate UAT, and approve changes to ensure alignment with objectives.* Provide ongoing support, including troubleshooting and resolution of complex system issues.* Create working procedures, build knowledge bases, and develop functional documentation.* Apply knowledge of organizational roles and vendor resources to resolve issues effectively.* Manage a complex workload through prioritization and strong communication with end users and the team.**ENABLEMENT, ADOPTION & ENTERPRISE EXPANSION*** Develop and deliver training in audience-appropriate language; document solutions.* Lead and assist with integration and implementation of new business units and companies.* Promote and represent the corporate culture and core values in all aspects of the role.**POSITION REQUIREMENTS*** Bachelor’s Degree in business, finance or accounting or other computer/business major.* 5+ years of ERP experience, preference to JD Edwards (JDE) Enterprise 9.2.* Advanced level of Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLookup, Macros, etc.).* Full ERP implementation and lifecycle experience.* Expertise in at least 2 of the following modules: Financials, Project Management (Job Cost), Distribution, and Manufacturing.**WHAT WE OFFER*** Expected Base Salary: **$90,000 - $125,000** per year.
