This role is responsible for shaping HUB’s public reputation through media relations, executive positioning, and thought leadership, while also strengthening internal engagement through strategic and relevant employee communications. The ideal candidate will be a strong writer, strategic thinker, and collaborative partner who can connect external storytelling with internal engagement. This position reports to the Director of Corporate Communications.Key Responsibilities: Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications: 8–10 years of progressive experience in communications—preferably in a corporate or agency environment—with exposure to both internal and external communications. Demonstrated ability to translate complex business topics into clear, engaging messages for multiple audiences. Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail. Experience supporting executives with message development and thought leadership initiatives.
