The Senior Merchandising Manager is leading the Little Burgundy merchandisers and guiding them to achieve their goals as well as the company goals. Job Responsibilities: Manage all replenishment of product, including setting models and transfers for their assigned brands and categories. Develop, enhance, and leverage reporting tools and analytics to generate actionable insights that drive sales, optimize inventory turns, and improve overall profitability. Manage the merchandising team to support growth initiatives and achieve sales targets across key stores, including new openings, remodels, relocations, and focus stores. Plan and manage Return-to-Vendor (RTV) activities in alignment with warehouse capacity, store operations, inventory flow, and stock turn objectives. Ensure allocation models, replenishment strategies, and transfer decisions are aligned with store capacity, inventory needs, and performance trends. Coordinate and optimize inter-store and regional transfers to maximize sales opportunities and inventory productivity, enabling effective execution by Merchandisers. Maintain and manage a comprehensive monthly calendar to align key activities such as holidays, RTVs, transfers, and other operational priorities. Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales and inventory performance to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and recommend data-driven actions. Collaborate cross-functionally with key departments to support strategic initiatives and business projects. Provide regular updates and insights to leadership, ensuring key information and business developments are clearly communicated and actionable. Requirements 4–7+ years of experience in merchandising, allocation, or planning. Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Business, Marketing, Finance) preferred. Advanced analytical skills (Excel, retail math, forecasting). Solid understanding of retail KPIs (sell-through, GM%, weeks of supply). Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, including bilingual (French and English). Ability to effectively prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced and high-performance environment. Ability to operate a computer and use relevant software applications, particularly Microsoft Office (Excel); knowledge of the JESTA program is considered an asset. #J-18808-Ljbffr
