The Pit Manager is an experienced and enthusiastic team leader, responsible for table games operations and managing Dealers and Dealer supervisors. This crucial position calls for a solution‑orientated professional with sound judgment and the skills needed to ensure smooth and efficient table game operations. Resolve conflicts as they arise to maintain good guest and employee relations. Oversee human resources issues and support staff development initiatives. Manage Tables staff to achieve and maintain a high and consistent level of job performance and customer service. Maintain and review staff schedules and report all shift activity. Generate feedback from Tables staff and communicate feedback to management. Work closely with department managers, staff, and external regulatory authorities to ensure the smooth operation of the gaming floor. Identify opportunities for revenue growth through business proposals. Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of gaming regulatory policies. Supervise and observe Dealers and Dealer Supervisors. What You Bring Minimum three years of gaming experience or dealing a variety of games. At least one year of experience as a Dealer Supervisor. Refined understanding of overall Casino operations Proven leadership and communication skills, both written and verbal. Positive energy and exceptional customer service skills. Working knowledge of word processing software, spreadsheets, email, Internet navigation, and presentation software. Ability to work a flexible schedule and a willingness to work a variety of shifts.
