Location: Toronto (Hybrid) Experience: 0 – 2 years Department: Creative Clicks US We’re expanding our commercial team with a Business Development Executive who will support revenue growth, build new partnerships, and help scale our US commercial pipeline. This is a hands -on , execution -focused role, ideal for someone ready to own deals and grow fast in a performance environment. Key Responsibilities New Business Development Support the full acquisition cycle for new advertisers: prospecting, qualification, pitching, negotiation, and closing Build and manage an advertiser pipeline across mobile performance, CPA/CPI, and high‑value verticals Conduct outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, and industry connections Assist in closing commercial opportunities together with senior BD and Sales leadership Revenue & Growth Support Contribute directly to revenue growth by activating new commercial opportunities Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to support growth objectives Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and forecasting in CRM Market & Relationship Development Build strong relationships with advertisers and partners Support upsell and cross‑sell initiatives within active accounts Assist with market research and competitor analysis to inform commercial strategy What You Bring 2–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or commercial roles Exposure to performance marketing, mobile UA, affiliate marketing, or digital media Understanding of CPA, CPI, CPL, and performance‑based models Strong communication and negotiation skills Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple opportunities Experience working with CRM tools What We Offer Competitive salary + performance‑based bonus Remote or hybrid working model (US) Fast‑growing, high‑performance commercial environment Direct exposure to senior commercial leadership Clear growth path into Senior BD or Account roles #J-18808-Ljbffr
