Responsibilities: Provide leadership and support to your team, ensuring team and business goals are widely communicated and understood. Experience we need: Minimum 2 years warehouse experience (leading a team of 5 or more individuals). Stand-up/Sit-down counter balance experience and certification. Carton Clamp operation desired. Experience with Reach Truck operation. Knowledge of reverse logistics would be an asset. Minimum Grade 12 education. Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills. Detail oriented with excellent analytical and problem solving skills in regards to customer service, including the ability to deal with situations where information is difficult to obtain, complex or ambiguous. Ability to establish priorities, work and think independently and in a team setting, handle multiple ongoing issues and achieve objectives without direct supervision.
