Insight Global is looking for a Senior QA Engineer to support application architecture, development, and innovative feature delivery for consumer-facing solutions. This role will play a critical part in driving quality across releases by establishing QA standards, leading automation efforts, and influencing test strategy across multiple programs.You will work closely with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Product, and UX/UI to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions while mentoring and guiding other Quality Engineers.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and own testing strategies across multiple programs and projectsPlan and prioritize test schedules based on project scope and delivery timelinesDesign and implement scalable automated testing solutions using modern frameworksCollaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure quality throughout the SDLCEstablish and promote QA best practices, testing standards, and overall test strategyParticipate in and guide automation code reviews, ensuring high-quality scripting standardsIdentify gaps in team capabilities and support resource planning, task allocation, and team developmentCoordinate testing activities, including test data creation, environment setup, and dependency managementTrack and report on test metrics, providing consistent updates to stakeholdersAssess risks and project readiness based on testing outcomes and identified issuesResearch and implement new testing tools and technologiesSupport training and mentorship initiatives to elevate team skillsetsRequired Qualifications8+ years of experience in QA and/or software developmentAt least 2 years of hands-on experience testing POS (Point of Sale) systemsStrong background in manual testing, including black box, white box, smoke, sanity, and regression testingHands-on experience with modern automation tools such as Playwright and CypressStrong understanding of QA methodologies, testing processes, and Agile environmentsNice to HaveExperience testing Oracle XstoreExposure to or experience working with AI-driven technologies#J-18808-Ljbffr
