Overview The Assistant Store Manager is a key position within the store environment and performs a wide variety of duties under the direction of the Store Manager. In the absence of the Store Manager, performs the duties of the Store Manager. This includes supervising staff, store presentation, merchandising and inventory rotation, customer service, store sales, and store administration.
