Senior Project Manager - Energy, Resources & Industry (ERICA) Lead planning and execution of multi‑phase, complex mining and heavy industrial projects across Canada. Responsibilities Lead planning and execution of multi‑phase, complex mining and heavy industrial projects. Develop and implement Project Management Plans, including risk, safety, quality, and communication strategies. Oversee project budgets, schedules, and governance to ensure delivery on time and within scope. Mentor and guide engineering managers and project teams to achieve technical excellence and client satisfaction. Build strong client relationships and identify opportunities for growth and innovation. Qualifications 15+ years of progressive project management experience in mining and heavy industrial sectors. Proven success managing EPCM projects and delivering on time and on budget. Engineering degree (P.Eng. designation preferred) or technical diploma; PMP certification an asset. Expertise in project governance, risk management, and stakeholder engagement. Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools; bilingual (English/French) is an asset. A collaborative leader who thrives in complex, multidisciplinary environments. Location Any Canadian office; preferred locations include Greater Toronto Area or Sudbury, Ontario. Compensation AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YK: $147,500 – $195,400 MB & ON: $134,600 – $184,600 NB, NL, NS, PEI & QC: $133,200 – $176,900 The final salary awarded for this role may vary from the above range based on education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.
