My client is looking to hire Senior Director, Development. This role will see you execute the comprehensive development lifecycle for large-scale data center infrastructure campuses. This executive role oversees the transition from land procurement to final site activation, directing massive-scale projects and navigating complex partnerships with external stakeholders. Core Duties Orchestrate regional expansion strategies, financial planning, and delivery schedules. Direct the navigation of multi-level regulatory landscapes and land-use approvals. Cultivate high-level alliances with local government officials and utility providers. Provide owner’s representation for technical design, engineering, and build phases. Design procurement frameworks for critical power, thermal management, and civil works. Lead a team of delivery managers to hit performance targets and budget milestones. Candidate Background Over 10 years of experience in heavy mission critical or data center development. 5+ years in a senior capacity managing multifaceted portfolios.
