Purpose: This position is primarily responsible for supporting the Corporate Sales Representatives in the management of customer accounts.Location: Ontario Medical Supply, Ottawa, ONReports to: Sales Support ManagerNo. of Positions: 1ATR: 4784Type: Full time, PermanentSalary: Salary, commensurate with experienceBenefits: Yes Job Responsibilities: -Prepare and review quotations and orders-Monitor quotes, orders, backorders, shipments and installations, communicating their status with sales team and customers-Track special orders related to rebates, pre-billings, and medication return programs-Maintain inventory of sample products and prepare sample orders upon request-Coordinate the creation of newly stocked items and inventory requests-Prepare sales reports, order forms, and price lists-Maintain the accuracy of pricing-Coordinate the preparation and submission of bids for requests for proposal (RFP)-Assist with the implementation of contracts-Arrange meetings and events on an as needed basis-Participate in vendor training sessions as required to maintain product knowledge-Roles and responsibilities can often be expanded to accommodate changing business conditions and goals to meet the corporate objectives-Travel may be required upon request Qualifications: -Completion of Post- Secondary Education in an Administrative or related field of study-Minimum 1-3 years’ experience with administrative procedures and office duties-Minimum 1-3 years’ in a customer service role, in healthcare sector preferred-Minimum 1-3 years’ experience supporting high functioning sales teams-Advanced experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook and Teams-Experience with Salesforce an asset-Proficiency with Customer Relationship Management systems.
