The Role As a Finance Associate in the Development Services business unit, you will support a team responsible for securing and developing early‑stage public infrastructure projects as well as the commercial and financial structuring of projects that advance through the development process. You will collaborate closely with senior leadership to develop and deliver innovative, cost‑effective and financeable infrastructure projects. Responsibilities Conduct research on market trends, financing precedents, and regulatory frameworks. Develop written and presentation materials for submission to public sector clients / counterparties. Build and manage detailed cash flow models for infrastructure projects including P3 and private development structures. Assess project financial feasibility including performing scenario analysis and risk allocation assessments. Assist in drafting financial and commercial sections of proposals, board materials, and investment committee documents. Assist in preparing financing plans, credit term sheets, and funding applications. Coordinate with development, technical / preconstruction and legal teams to advance overall project development. Coordinate RFP responses including primary responsibility for financing and commercial elements of responses Support internal project management and reporting tasks as required. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, engineering, business, or related field. 2–4 years of experience in real estate or infrastructure development (principal or advisory role), investment banking, project finance or related field. Strong financial modeling skills; familiarity with financing and funding tools applicable to infrastructure projects. Excellent communication, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities; strong attention to detail.
