The salary range for this position is $40,000 to $48,500. Final compensation will be determined based on relevant skills, experience, qualifications, and internal equity. In addition to base salary, eligible employees may be entitled to other elements of total compensation, which may include group benefits, employer RRSP contributions, and discretionary bonus or incentive programs, where applicable to the role. Please note that artificial intelligence–based tools may be used at certain stages of the recruitment and applicant screening process. Role Move into our workplace as the Workplace Ambassador. You'll be the point of contact and provide support to the unit with administrative duties. Manage multiple corporate floors and employee lounge areas. Support executives onsite to ensure satisfaction and resolution of any issues. Cover Sick Calls. Setup conference rooms, including regular maintenance of white boards; may also involve occasional heavy lifting. Manage meeting room calendars, schedule audio-visual equipment, and train end users. Check equipment (printers, copiers, etc.) and manage any service or repairs. Manage supplies, tidy café, and meet with vendors. Setup and cleanup of catering/refreshment orders. Empty dishwashers and return clean dishes to cupboards. Sort mail and update folders with staff changes. Order stationery and maintain printer supplies. Inspect facilities daily, checking for stains, lights, and repairs. Qualifications Relevant post‑secondary education and 1‑year of experience in office administration required. Strong skills in time management, organization, and project management. Exceptional customer service skills with the willingness to be flexible. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
