(LandSure ) is looking to hire a Director, Enterprise Delivery to join our Technology division! Who we are: LandSure is a subsidiary of the Land Title and Survey Authority of BC (LTSA), a publicly accountable, statutory corporation that manages BC's land title and survey systems. Our team of nearly 100 employees supports the LTSA through information system consulting services, project management, customer support, and communications. What you'll do: Reporting to the Vice President and Chief Information Officer, the Director, Enterprise Delivery leads the Delivery Enablement Office, a lean, enablement-first function for improving enterprise delivery flow across the organization’s product and platform environment. The director ensures demand, capacity, dependencies, and change are integrated to support predictable, coordinated delivery across Product, Operations, and Technology divisions. The portfolio of initiatives under oversight represents approximately $15-20M annually. Through strong facilitation, coaching, and enterprise-level coordination, the Director enables cross-functional teams to deliver integrated outcomes efficiently, predictably, and in support of the organization’s strategic objectives. Provide leadership and oversight of project delivery, enabling teams to stay aligned, unblocked, and focused on outcomes and value rather than outputs or status reporting. Lead and continuously improve enterprise delivery flow and execution including demand intake, resource capacity analysis, and sequencing to optimize delivery across products and platforms. Provide clear, actionable portfolio reporting that highlights progress, risks, trade-offs, and cross-initiative impacts to support executive decision-making. Accountable for planning, governing, and overseeing project and portfolio budgets in partnership with Finance, ensuring alignment between investment, organizational capacity, and measurable delivery outcomes. Identify and resolve cross-team and cross-platform dependencies, facilitating timely arbitration and sequencing decisions while preserving Product ownership of value and Technology ownership of solution design. Lead enterprise-wide change coordination by integrating multiple initiatives into a coherent, sequenced delivery and readiness plan that manages dependencies and avoids competing impacts across teams. Establish and lean delivery standards, tools, and governance mechanisms that support consistent execution while respecting Product and Technology decision rights. Develop Project Managers and delivery leaders through coaching, facilitation excellence, and structured problem-solving practices to elevate enterprise delivery capability. Lead and develop a small, high credibility Delivery Enablement team, fostering a culture of enablement, accountability, and continuous improvement across enterprise delivery roles. We encourage you to apply if you have: Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering or equivalent. PMP and Prosci Change Management Certification or equivalent formal training and experience. 12+ years of experience leading complex, time-sensitive business change projects with diverse requirements and budgets over $10M. Experience managing senior professionals and managers. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Demonstrated leadership in enterprise delivery, portfolio management, flow enablement, or project management functions within complex, multi‑team product and platform environments. Exceptional facilitation, problem‑solving, and coaching skills, with a demonstrated ability to bring cross-divisional teams together to identify and optimize delivery. Strong delivery discipline (PMP or equivalent); familiarity with flow‑based delivery models and the Flow Framework is an asset. Proven experience integrating multiple change initiatives into a coherent enterprise delivery view. Ability to build credibility with senior Product, Technology, and Operations leaders. Excellent communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable insights and recommend ways forward. We are dedicated to transparency in our hiring process. $147,700 - $184,600 annually, reflects a reasonable expectation for pay for the position depending on qualifications and experience. This compensation is specific to the role within our organization and takes into account a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to job-related skills, experience and relevant training or education, business and organizational needs.
