Lead the design of impactful curricula for youth sports programs as a Director of Program Curriculum and Training. Foster the development of athletes through integrated spiritual and sport-specific training nationwide.As a core part of the Youth Initiatives team, this role oversees the implementation of the More Than a Game program and aligns sports training with national standards. You'll ensure consistency across experiences for participants, coaches, and volunteers while facilitating spiritual growth through sports.
