This role is critical in ensuring the integrity, security, and accessibility of enterprise data while supporting cross-functional business and department leaders. Based onsite at the Mississauga office and reporting to the Global Director, IT Strategy and M&A, the ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in data governance, data quality, and data compliance, along with hands‑on experience supporting ERP data migration and conversion initiatives. This individual will play a key role in establishing data‑related processes and maintaining high‑quality, well‑referenced organizational data. Strong proficiency in database management systems (e.g. Oracle, SQL Server, etc.). Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, etc.). Proficiency with data governance and cataloging tools (e.g. Collibra, Alation, Informatica Axon, Microsoft Purview, etc.). Experience with data analysis tools and reporting software, MDM software preferably Informatica IDQ. Experience working with ERPs including JDE, SAP, Business Central and Dynamics 365. Needs to be comfortable with 25% estimated travel across North America and Europe. Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering, system analysis or a related field of study, or equivalent experience.
