About This Opportunity The Director, Cookies Management provides enterprise‐level leadership for Girl Guides of Canada’s national Cookies portfolio, the organization’s largest fundraising program. This role provides end‑to‑end leadership across product strategy, supply chain management, operational execution, vendor management, P&L performance, and member experience. In This Role You Will Lead the national Cookies portfolio strategy, shaping pricing, innovation, and roadmap to drive sustainable revenue growth, brand equity, and member relevance, in collaboration with the Chief Brand & Business Development Officer. Provide end‑to‑end operational and financial oversight of the Cookies campaign, ensuring accurate order execution, strong governance, audit‑ready controls, and continuous process improvement (including supply chain tracking and case reconciliation). Own strategic relationships with manufacturers and logistics partners, ensuring reliable fulfillment, quality standards, cost optimization, and resilient supply‑chain performance. Lead negotiations and internal coordination for tendering partnership and contract renewals. Inspire and lead high‑performing teams while partnering with staff, volunteers, and cross‑functional stakeholders to align strategy, communications, and execution. Manage Cookies portfolio Profit & Loss, delivering budget discipline, margin optimization, financial analysis, and clear reporting. Ensure national campaign readiness and execution excellence by setting KPIs, overseeing forecasting and systems, and delivering tools and supports that enable success across councils. General Adhere to all relevant policies, procedures, and practices. Liaise with other departments as required. Provide general, ongoing support to members/volunteers, responding to/directing inquiries and consulting with the appropriate groups and individuals to support the mission and vision of GGC. Other duties as assigned. Education, Designations and Certifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field. MBA or equivalent senior‑level business education is considered an asset. Prior Work Experience 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in product management, commercial strategy, or supply chain operations, preferably in the food or grocery sector. Proven experience managing teams and complex operational environments. Demonstrated ability to lead transformational change, process improvement, and cross‑functional alignment. Strong financial acumen. Competencies (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities) Strategic thinking and commercial insight. Expertise in operational and financial governance, vendor management, and negotiation. Strong analytical and data storytelling skills. Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and leadership ability. Capacity to thrive in a fast‑paced, mission‑driven environment.
