They are currently seeking a Branch Manager to lead their Vaughan location. Some of what you will do in this role includes: Lead the overall performance of the branch, including sales growth, operations, and profitability. Coach and develop a team across sales and operations, building a strong, accountable culture. Maintain and grow key customer relationships within the local market. Drive business development activity and ensure revenue targets are achieved. Oversee day-to-day branch operations, ensuring efficiency, service levels, and safety standards are met. Collaborate with regional leadership to align on strategy and execution. You should have the following in your background to be successful: Experience in electrical sales (inside or outside) or a closely related technical distribution environment. Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage and develop a team. Track record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets. Strong technical aptitude and willingness to learn. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Established relationships with contractors, builders, or within the local market are considered an asset. What’s in it for me?
