This role is critical to ensuring the reliability and performance of our cloud-based systems and will involve close collaboration with development, QA, and product teams.Here are some of the tools we use and experience with them will be helpful for the role: Azure cloud services, Azure SQL and Azure DevOps; PowerShell, Bash and Python; Docker or Kubernetes; DataDog or Application Insights; and Jira.ResponsibilitiesDesign, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOpsManage cloud infrastructure (primarily Azure) to ensure scalability, security, and high availabilityImplement backup strategies, high availability, and disaster recovery solutionsAutomate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) toolsMonitor system performance and implement alerting and logging solutionsCollaborate with developers to optimize deployment workflows, database standards, schema design and troubleshoot issuesDesign, implement, and manage SQL Server environments (customer-facing and internal) in Azure CloudEnsure compliance with security and operational standardsParticipate in agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectivesCreate and maintain technical documentation and support release deploymentsQualificationsYou've got a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience4+ years of experience in DevOps rolesFamiliarity with configuration management tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible)Strong understanding of source code management technologies (GIT)Solid grasp of networking, security, and system administrationStrong analytical skills and ability to understand complex systemsExperience with Windows and Linux server environmentsFamiliarity with .NET Core application deploymentKnowledge of compliance and security frameworks (e.g., SOC 2, ISO 27001)What’s Important To Us Make long term investments In people, technology, and customers.
