ResponsibilitiesLead and own major parts of SimCorp Dimension® implementation projects, delivering results on time and within scope. Act as an important sparring partner for clients, effectively monitor, coordinate, and escalate issues as needed. Deeply understand clients’ requirements and processes related to Investment Operations at banks, asset managers, and insurers, and outline solutions for optimal use of SimCorp Dimension®. Work closely with the project manager and serve as a key driver in moving projects towards successful outcomes. Utilize SimCorp’s Global Standard Solutions for project delivery and contribute to improving best‑practice implementation processes. Serve as the primary contact for customers regarding all questions related to SimCorp Dimension®. Mentor less experienced colleagues and participate in international know‑how exchanges. QualificationsPrevious experience as an Implementation Consultant for asset managers, asset owners, banks or consulting firms. Excellent knowledge in at least two of the following areas: Asset Management – Back Office – or Financial Reporting Consulting or Professional Services within the Asset Management sector. Hands‑on implementation experience in one or more of: Asset Servicing (Corporate Actions, Asset Transfer), Cash Processing, Collateral Management, Fees Processing, Reconciliation, Technical – Aux & Batch Jobs, Technical – Communication Server, Trade Processing. 3–5 years of hands‑on experience with investment operations functions and related enterprise applications. Experience with multiple enterprise implementations involving IBOR functions on the buy‑side. Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics or Mathematics/Applied Sciences preferred. Self‑starter with a can‑do mindset, strong communication skills, and proficiency in English. Basic understanding of financial industry products and related accounting. Hands‑on experience with SimCorp Dimension® is a plus. Ability to travel to client sites (up to 50%) and attend the SimCorp office as required by the hybrid policy.
