The role contributes to customer success, sales growth, and location profitability. ResponsibilitiesVisit producers on their farms and identify agricultural needs specific to agronomy and crop production. Provide agronomic services such as soil testing and crop product recommendations. Develop opportunities for live demonstrations and customer tours. QualificationsA post‑secondary degree or diploma in Agriculture. Relevant agronomic experience. Strong communication and organizational skills. Willingness to obtain or already holding a Professional Agrologist, Technical Agrologist, or Certified Crop Advisor designation. A valid driver’s licence.
