Job Description You will join a large and collaborative IT organization and play a key role in managing strategic projects across the American subsidiaries of the Group. Working closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, enterprise architects and external partners, you will ensure the successful delivery of approved projects, from initial demand through handover to operations, while contributing to program management and supporting change initiatives. Your main responsibilities include Managing approved IT projects according to agreed budgets, timelines and scope Ensuring effective project execution from demand intake to operational handover, following the Group’s project management methodology Preparing and maintaining project documentation, investment requests and decision materials Coordinating with enterprise architects to ensure proper architectural alignment during conceptual phases Collaborating with external partners and ensuring proper follow‑up on deliverables Communicating regularly with stakeholders, including business teams, management, PMO and related project teams Supporting conflict resolution, resource coordination and scope management Contributing to program management activities and facilitating change management across impacted teams Profile Strong experience managing IT projects in a multinational environment The ability to lead projects end‑to‑end, ensuring alignment with business priorities and IT strategy Solid understanding of business processes, logistics flows and project governance The capacity to coordinate diverse stakeholders and maintain clear, structured communication A proactive, organized and solution‑oriented mindset The ability to manage risks, dependencies and resources in a dynamic environment A collaborative approach and the ability to work effectively with technical teams, architects and external partners Strong analytical abilities and the capacity to evaluate business demands and scope potential projects Professional Requirements 10+ years of experience in IT project management Experience working in a large multinational corporation with international exposure Expertise in IT project management, including planning, execution and stakeholder coordination Strong understanding of business management and logistics processes Good knowledge of infrastructure technologies, including cloud, networking and data center environments Experience with SAP S/4HANA or modules such as SD/MM or FI/CO is an asset Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to model information flows and support change management activities Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or equivalent Project management certifications (PMP, Scrum Master, etc.) are considered an asset Languages Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
