Position Purpose & Summary The Enrolment Advisor, Traditional Undergraduate Programs achieves individually assigned enrolment goals by actively recruiting, advising, and supporting prospective students through every stage of the admissions process. This is a 12‑month fixed‑term position. Key Responsibilities Achieve individual enrolment goals and stage movement benchmarks through consistent, timely communication with assigned prospective students and families. Manage recruitment territory or demographic segment by implementing strategic outreach, follow‑up, and conversion activities. Conduct phone, email, text, and video follow‑ups to guide students through the application and enrolment process. Provide personalized admissions counselling, ensuring a clear understanding of programs, processes, and deadlines. Assist applicants through the admissions funnel (inquiry → applicant → admitted → enrolled). Liaise with Admissions Operations and Data Services for smooth application processing. Support and participate in campus visit programs, open houses, preview days, and individual visits. Represent TWU at recruitment events, school visits, fairs, and community gatherings (in‑person and virtual). Establish, cultivate, and maintain relationships with schools, churches, and community organisations. Serve as liaison between faculty, program chairs, Student Life, and assigned students/families. Actively pursue new initiatives and strategies to enhance recruitment and conversion effectiveness. Maintain accurate records of student interactions, communications, and outcomes in the CRM (Salesforce). Utilise data to track progress, assess territory performance, and inform recruitment strategy. Key Internal Interactions Marketing & Communications, Data Services, Enrolment Operations, Financial Aid, Student Life, Academic Faculty areas, Housing, OTR. Reports To Admissions Manager. Reports None. Reports-Indirect Student Ambassadors, Student Engagement Specialists. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required. Valid Class 5 driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle required. Demonstrated ability to build relationships, meet goals, and manage follow‑up communications. Demonstrated ability to learn new systems, processes, and information quickly. Experience in planning and delivering presentations to large and small audiences preferred. Experience in admissions, student recruitment, sales, customer service, or related relational roles preferred. Experience using CRM systems or contact management tools preferred. Demonstrated ability to travel regionally and occasionally work evenings or weekends during peak recruitment period. Skills & Abilities Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation). Ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with students, parents, and diverse stakeholders. Strong organizational and time‑management skills with attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM platforms, and virtual meeting tools (e.g., Zoom, Teams). Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, goal‑driven environment. Strong problem‑solving and critical‑thinking skills with a proactive, solution‑oriented mindset. Flexible and adaptable, with willingness to travel and adjust hours as required. Motivated self‑starter who works independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Knowledge Comprehensive understanding of the admissions funnel, recruitment strategies, and student decision‑making processes. Familiarity with higher education systems, particularly faith‑based or private institutions. Knowledge of CRM systems (preferably Salesforce) and data management best practices. Awareness of marketing principles and digital engagement strategies. Understanding of TWU’s academic programs, community life, and mission as a Christian university.
