Job Description Report directly to the Systems Engineering Manager and work out of the Mississauga, ON location on a hybrid work schedule. Work on aircraft development programs at Honeywell with a team of Control Systems Engineers to develop detailed software specifications for Environmental Control Systems (ECS). The team supports projects for commercial, military, and urban air mobility platforms. Responsibilities Develop closed‑loop controls design Develop simulation models of thermal and mechanical systems Develop hardware and software requirements specifications Perform hardware, software, and system integration testing Write system verification plans and procedures Work with multidisciplinary teams to ensure successful design integration and requirement compliance Travel to internal and external customer sites to provide Control Systems Engineering support Demonstrate outstanding performance in a team environment to meet an intensive task schedule for assigned project(s) Qualifications The annual base salary range for this position is $92,000-110,000 in Mississauga, Ontario. Salary is a guideline; Honeywell considers experience, education, training, skills, and market factors when extending an offer. Must have: Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Systems Design, Aerospace, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering Minimum of 5 years experience with requirements management and closed‑loop control design Minimum 3 years of experience with DOORS or MATLAB Candidates must be eligible for CGP security clearance.
