Analyze campaign performance and provide recommendations to improve results. Support brand growth through innovative social media strategies and storytelling. Create Impactful Marketing Content Develop and update marketing materials including brochures, presentations, flyers, promotional assets, and sales support tools. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure messaging is aligned, engaging, and consistent. Assist in creating co-branded marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns. Support Partnerships & Events Coordinate marketing support for conferences, sponsorships, partnerships, and industry events. Help manage promotional opportunities including newsletters, advertorials, event materials, and digital campaigns. Track campaign performance and partnership success metrics to help shape future initiatives. Work closely with sales, operations, and leadership teams to support company-wide initiatives. Bring fresh ideas and creative thinking to enhance marketing effectiveness and audience engagement. Contribute to a collaborative environment where innovation and initiative are valued. What You Bring Fully bilingual in French and English (written and verbal). 3–5+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or digital marketing. Strong writing, editing, and content creation skills. Experience with social media management and email marketing campaigns. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities. A proactive, creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
